FAIRFIELD – The District 53 Little League All-Star Tournaments begin Saturday throughout the region as four levels of teams vye for championships. The 10-11-12 bracket will take place in Napa with American Canyon, Benicia, Fairfield Atlantic, Fairfield Pacific, Napa American, Napa National, St. Helena and Sonoma all participating. Fairfield Atlantic opens at noon Saturday against Sonoma. Fairfield Pacific takes on Benicia at 3 p.m. Saturday. Games will be held throughout the week with a championship showdown set for noon, Sunday, July 10, and an if necessary, a second championship game at 5:30 p.
